Canon has announced the launch of its two new Rebel DSLRs, called EOS Rebel T3 and EOS Rebel T3i.
The T3i offers easy-to-use features for beginning photographers, and the EOS Rebel T3 provides a more attractively-priced option and welcomes youngsters to explore the world of DSLR photography.
Canon EOS Rebel T3i and T3 will be available in March. The EOS Rebel T3i will be available at a price of $799.99 body-only, $899.99 with an 18-55mm II lens, or a price of $1099.99 with an 18-135mm lens. The EOS Rebel T3 will be priced at $599.99 with the 18-55mm version II lens.

The EOS Rebel T3i is equipped with a 60D-style swiveling LCD and includes feature-set of the previous T2i model, with a few important changes. The T3i comes equipped with an 18-megapixel CMOS sensor and offers a full HD video recording options including 1080p at 24, 30 or 25 fps.
Canon EOS Rebel T3i has a native ISO range up to 6400 and a Digic IV processor. Burst shooting tops out at 3.7 fps, with the ability to record 6 RAW images or 34 large JPEGs and the 60D shoots up to 5.3 fps.
Like the T2i model, T3i retains the same pentamirror viewfinder with 0.87x magnification and 95 percent coverage, and a 1.04 million dot 3.0-inch LCD display, plus a nine-point AF system with enhanced f/2.8 cross-type point at the center of the array. In addition, the T3i has a number of reduced-resolution shooting modes, a new Auto Picture Style function, and a 20 percent increase in body-only weight.
Canon EOS Rebel T3i features “Green Zone,” which is an auto-only mode designed for beginning users. The Green Zone function, renamed as the “A+” mode helps in detecting scenes and selecting the appropriate scene mode. This feature has been taken from Canon’s PowerShot series.
